Dear Customer, 

Our hours of operation are 10am-6pm EST from Monday to Friday. All of our pieces are hand crafted so please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. If you would like to rush an order please contact us before placing your order at: info@barbaracampbellnyc.com

Please note: All sale items are final.

*No Refunds! Exchanges can be made for store credit, and will only be accepted up to 7 days after receipt of delivery.

If our shipped items suffer damages due to handling and delivery, we will gladly repair or replace the item at no cost to you. The item must be returned to our studio on the date of receipt. The customer must call the designer the same day and leave a voicemail including your name, shipping address, item description and contact information.

We ship through out the U.S. If you are interested in an international shipment please contact us before ordering at: info@barbaracampbellnyc.com
